 　　听水庐占地4500平方米，交通便捷，距县城36公里，距杭州85公里，距七十二峰景区. 龙王山景区等车程多在30分钟之内, 山庄为方便顾客进出, 特地从深王公路修建250米林道直达山庄。听水庐以小溪、鱼池、竹海、石浪等原生态山水和浓厚的竹海文化为特色，以完善的配套设施和良好的服务为您提供原汁原味的竹林生态休闲农家生活。

　 听水庐分住宿区、餐饮区.会务区和休闲区四个区块。住宿区设有标准客房13套，水景特色房4套及豪华套房,所有客房按三星标准装修, 客房内开通程控电话.电视和网络宽带，让您身处世外桃源，却能与外部商务紧密相连。餐饮有特色包厢4间，大厅1间，可同时容纳130人就餐，并设有小型会议室。休闲区有休闲长廊、鱼池、竹园、茶园等，另有自动麻将机三台，能进行棋牌、垂钓、挖笋、采茶、溯溪、登山等各种休闲娱乐活动。在休闲长廊内邀几个好友把酒临风喝茶聊天也是一种不错的选择。
